In this workshop while defining charcuterie you will get to taste an array of cheeses and meats, some locally produced some imported. We will explain food pairings and balance, we will teach how to create a visually balanced board. You will be making one of our specialty cheeses amd going home with a second recipe. You will be creating the perfect mothers's day charcuterie board with us that serves 4-6 to to take home and enjoy with friends and family. ** A glass of wine is inclued on this workshop.
