Candlelight Yoga and Meditation suitable for all levels and family friendly. This month we will offering a gentle flow followed by a deeper stretch known as yin and a guided meditation. No experience required, all bodies, all ages, all levels encouraged. Only kindness, compassion, good intentions and a ticket are what you need to get your zen on and make a difference. Your ticket this month counts as a donation and will benefit the Junior League of Boca Raton’s Endowment Fund, Inc. to raise funds for the Vegso Community Resource Center (VCRC). This vital community resource offers free trainings for the nonprofit community, free access to its grant library and a place for the community to gather and hold meetings without incurring overheard costs When: Monday, April 24, 2023 - 6:30 - 7:45 pm Where: Waterstone Hotel: Boca Landing Patio Why: To make a difference, find some inner peace, hang out with like minded peeps in a cool setting afterwards! Cost: $20* What do I need to bring? A yoga mat, good intentions and wear a smile.
