During the nature mindfulness walks, participants will be lead through a series of mindfulness practices that will cultivate present moment awareness, awe and an appreciation of plants and the natural world. The mindfulness walks will be led by trained mindfulness teacher and ecologist, Sarah Low.
Program will begin at the W.W. Seymour Conservatory and then proceeds to the walking paths in Wright Park.
Wear comfortable walking shoes and clothes for the weather.
