Join us for a special pop-up concert featuring award-winning singer-songwriter, Gaby Moreno, at Banz Studio on April 15th from 3-5pm! This intimate event is a rare opportunity to experience Gaby’s electrifying talent up close and personally while connecting with others passionate about doing good in the world. While admission to the show is completely free, we encourage attendees to make a donation in lieu of a ticket price. 💙 PURPOSE Any proceeds raised from this event will directly benefit the local non-profit, Cooperative for Education, and its Rise Youth Development Program, which directly supports underserved students in rural Guatemala. To say we are thrilled to partner with Gaby Moreno, a Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter, composer, and actress, who captivates audiences around the world with her soulful performances… is an understatement! Street parking options and other parking garages are also available nearby. 🎶 ABOUT GABY Gaby had the opportunity to travel with Cooperative for Education (CoEd) in Guatemala and see their Rise Youth Development Program in action and spend time with a Rise student and their family in their home. The Rise Program identifies promising young students who would otherwise be forced to leave school and provides full academic scholarships, comprehensive support services, and engages students in workshops, community service, and visits to local businesses and universities that transform the way they think about their futures. Latin GRAMMY Winner and Emmy nominee Gaby Moreno is a singer-songwriter-producer whose music encompasses a broad spectrum of genres, from blues and jazz to pop, R&B, soul, and Latin folk styles. She sings in both Spanish and English and has called her sound “Spanglish folk soul.” Gaby Moreno has released 5 albums and was a co-writer of the Emmy-nominated “Parks & Recreation” theme song. Gaby also sings the theme song and voices a character (Marlena) on the multi-Emmy Award-winning Disney children’s television series, “Elena of Avalor,” which features Disney’s first Latina princess. 🎸 MUSIC CENTER SHOW Interested in hearing Gaby with a full band LIVE?
