Hi, I'm Jarred Talmadge, Internationally Published Author and Speaker. I am giving a seminar at the Koebel Public Library in Centennial to talk about In-Home Care and Aging-in-Place and how seniors can tap three different relatively unknown resources to help pay for these, without breaking the budget. This class won't be like that idiot from late night television where he's wearing a lime green question mark suit espousing that you can get free money from the government. But it also won't be as boring as listening to some guy in a gray suit droning on and on about insurance and such. Instead I offer a discussion about different ways that seniors and their families can get acces to in-home care and set up seniors to age in place, by explaining some little known financial resources that are availble to 'stack' coverages. The truth is, with all the scary talk from politicians about cutting social security and raising the retirement age, it's easy to be scared. It's easy to think there is no solution to the problem, or worse the solution is worse. My class will teach you why you have more options than you think. This talk will cover three major funding sources seniors have, that they can tap. I will be providing this information for free. This is an informational class and there will be no hard pitching, no selling, no requirement to do anything and absolutely no pressure to do anything other than come and learn what your options are. As a senior, needing care is scary, because, what are the real options if you think you are out of money or wanting to preserve your nest egg, so that you don't run out of money. This class should alleviate some of that fear. Running out of money doesn't have to be an inevitable part of retirement. Nor does neglecting your needs. There are resources out there, and this class will talk about three big ones you can learn about. There will also be giveaways of my books at this event. Due to overwhelming interest, seating will be limited to 100 people. (That's the biggest room I could find on short notice.) Tickets will be required for this event, only so I can make sure we don't go over capacity on this event.
