The Sunderland Foundation Innovation Lab on the K-State Campus is open to not just students but community members too.Join the Women in Entrepreneurship community for a private tour of the Innovation Lab on Thursday, April 20th at 6:00pm, hosted by Tara Coleman, Program Services Coordinator for the Innovation Lab. Learn more about the resources, equipment and features in the innovation lab by attending the Women Entrepreneurship private tour Located in Hale Library, the Innovation Lab provides many features for students and community members, such as: Makerspace - This open-access area can be used to produce handcrafted materials using powered and unpowered tools.Sound Studio - This state-of-the-art recording studio includes a digital recording workstation, mounted LCD display, sound monitors, microphone array, pre-amps, headphones, a custom-built recording booth and a full-sized piano-style keyboard.Liquid Galaxy display - The Liquid Galaxy multi-panel display can be used for remote experiences, data visualization, GIS and map viewing.Fabspace - This glassed-in environment is used for 3D printing, laser cutting and digital fabrication.And so much more!! About our tour guide, Tara Coleman: Tara is the Program Services Coordinator for the Sunderland Foundation Innovation Lab and the Dow Center for Multicultural and Community Studies.
