BARC is an all volunteer, foster based, 501(c)3 non-profit dog rescue group. We provide help and a safe haven to dogs removed from situations that are abusive or neglectful or are in danger of being euthanized in a shelter or pound. All of our dogs are cared for in foster homes while we provide the veterinary care they need, including spay, neuter and microchipping. When the dogs are ready, they will be placed into permanent, approved and appropriate adoptive homes. We feel it's important to develop a culture of compassion and nurturing through volunteer opportunities, public education and community involvement.
