Join some of the best and the brightest minds in Government Contracting for a full-day seminar on Cost, Pricing, Buy America, FAR/DFARS and Executive Orders updates, Earned Value Management, Made in America/Buy America, and more! See you May 17, 2023, at the NM Workforce Training Center Albuquerque NM. Limited seating first come – first served. Our agenda is jam packed with eight hours of expert knowledge beginning with two morning sessions covering Cost/Price analysis. In Part 1 we will look at the topic from the seller's viewpoint and focus on not only direct costs but those pesky indirect rates . In the second part we will have a Cost & Pricing Expert go through the process they follow to analyze the submitted data. Lunch will not be wasted time as we will use that time to recognize our Contract Management Leadership Development (CMLDP) alumnus with key speaker Gary Zura - past National President of NCMA and one of the key proponents in making the program a reality. After lunch there will be three presenters. I will reprise the three-year effort made developing the NDIA's handbook "Contracting With an Earned Value Management Requirement" ... This will focus on the newly published handbook and how contracting officials can use it to meet OMB and FAR/DFARS requirements. Also on the afternoon slate will be two great speakers from the NCMA community that will focus on the Buy America act and then provide an update of recent FAR/DFARS changes and Executive Orders.
