Registration and Social Hour begins at 5:30 pm - Registration will be located on the Top Floor
Dinner will be served at 6:30 pm
Graduation and Awards Presentation at 7:30 pm
A celebration will take place following the ceremony, ending at 11:00pm.
The following options will be available for dinner:
Filet Mignon – finished in a maytag blue cheese demi-glace, served with mashed potatoes & fresh vegetables
Chicken Breast – stuffed with herbs, cheese, & prosciutto, in a lemon sauce, served with mashed potatoes & fresh vegetables.
Campbell River Salmon – finished with an umami miso glaze, served on a bed of rice with fresh vegetables.
Vegetable Napoleon – Portobello mushroom topped with layers of grilled vegetables on a risotto cake, finished with balsamic vinaigrette. (Vegetarian and Gluten Free)
Your purchase of each dinner ticket will include your dinner selection, salad, dessert, two drink tickets for a beverage of your choice, and entry into our generous raffle.
The raffle will be held at various times during the event. Participants must be in attendance to claim a prize.
In order to allow all guests an evening of celebration, we request that all guests are 13+ years of age. Thank you for your understanding.
