THE SCOOP This personal style workshop will help to start the process of discovering YOUR personal style and learn how to create an intentional wardrobe! It will include aspects such as: what your dream style looks and feels like to you, style tips and tools to apply in your daily life, and how to deal with some of the challenges you may be facing when it comes to dressing more intentionally During the workshop you'll work with professional personal stylist, Bri White owner of Vostra Moda. You'll also recieve a workbook to take notes in and use during the event that you'll be able to take home and refer back to. WHAT WE'LL COVER 🧥 Curating your preferences - Discover your personal "style words", and what you need and want from your image and style! 🧣 Intentional Wardrobe- Learn what capsule, seasonal, and intentional wardrobes are, and how to create the one that works best for your lifestyle needs, "choose your own adventure" style! 👗 Meal prepping your closet- Learn how to "meal prep" your closet and create a process for more effective mornings and to start familiarizing yourself with what you currently have in your own wardrobe. 👠 Testing Comfort Zones - We'll talk about challenges like imposter syndrome and limiting beliefs when it comes to how we currently see ourselves vs how we want to see ourselves and small actions you can take to try new things and counter those stories. 🎩 Review and Reflect - We'll talk about how you currently feel about your current wardrobe and personal image vs how you would like to feel, and suggestions for what actions you can take and what goals you can set for yourself going forward We are also holding a second workshop Step in to your Brand's Style: A workshop to develop your brand’s image and how to overlap your signature personal style which builds on this foundation on 5/8 from 4-6pm.
