TEDxOMAHA Salons return to KANEKO for a regular monthly Salon, starting at 6:00 PM. Join us Monday, April 17th for an interactive discussion on the Physiological level of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs which covers the basic need of food. Nancy Williams is the co-founder and president of the No More Empty Pots non-profit. Their mission is to connect individuals and groups to improve self-sufficiency, regional food security and economic resilience of urban and rural communities through advocacy and action. Join us at KANEKO on Monday, April 17th from 6:00-7:00 PM as we learn how to support communities in becoming self-sufficient and food secure. KANEKO is located at 1111 Jones Street in Downtown Omaha. PARKING: There are a few metered spots alongside the building on Jones. It is recommended that you park at the garage on 10th & Jackson Street.
