Expressive writing can result in a reduction in stress, anxiety, and depression; improve our sleep and performance; and bring us greater focus and clarity. Come take time for yourself in addressing your everyday stress or your life changing traumas through creative writing. Bring a friend. All ages 12 and up are welcome. 12-15 year old people should attend with an adult. Basic lunch will be provided. RSVP's appreciated but not needed.
