he Museum and Human Rights Commission will host The Compassion Club: Building Belonging with Books, a book club focused on works by diverse authors. The Compassion Club will meet on the second Tuesday of May at 6pm at the Pennyroyal Area Museum.

In conjunction with the Supper Club, the Compassion Club is designed to build community belonging. Sharing conversations over books and a meal is a great way to bring people together to share their culture, rituals, and traditions. With compassion at heart and a journey with history, our goal is to build a community that understands and promotes cross-cultural dialogue with our neighbors.
