Slow Food Ventura County is back for a delicious celebration of spring. Our friends from Redmond Real Salt will be sharing stories of ancient sea salt and the mineral rich products harvested from the dense band of salt they mine near Heber City, Utah. Appetizers, drinks, dinner and dessert will all feature locally grown ingredients from land and sea. We are limitied to 35 tickets for this Tuesday evening dinner in Thousand Oaks.
