Who says yoga can't be metal?! Join us at Little Cottage Brewery every second Sunday for a yoga flow class set to some of your favorite metal bands while sipping on a thirst quenching beer! This 60-minute class is $18 and includes your yoga class and first beverage! Please bring your mat, a towel, and some water! Come early to snag a spot, grab your beer, and get ready to rock! Drink beer, do yoga, have fun! WHAT: Hops & Flow Metal Yoga Class WHEN: Every second Sunday at 11am (Please arrive 15 minutes early to get your beverage and get settled) WHERE: Little Cottage Brewery COST: $18 Your first beverage is included in the ticket price, however, gratuity is not.
