Come ready to learn in this in depth, hands on class! We will be showing you how to upgrade your highlighting services into luxurious menu items. Covering all areas of the appointment to ensure your clients experience is one to remember. From the initial greeting and a thorough consultation, formulating and various applications, styling and home care, closing up with business pointers, how to price these types of services and Q&A! Key principles we will cover: Precision foiling, consistent saturation, starting low and slow, keeping the hairs integrity, teaching your client how to recreate the finished look, pricing, marketing, and more! This class is taught by master stylist and owner, Victoria (Tori). With multiple hair color and blonding certifications, a degree in business, and more than 10 years in the industry, she is sure to offer something to stylists of all experience levels. This class will be a full day, morning snacks, lunch and beverages will be provided to all attendees. We ask that only licensed professionals attend this class for liability purposes. If you have an apprentice/assistant working under your license until becoming board certified, please call the salon to discuss possible arrangements.
