The lefse must be pre-purchased on EventBrite. You may pick up your lefse anytime between 9 am and 4:30 pm.Come watch experts make traditional Norwegian lefse and then do it yourself. You will learn how to make lefse dough, roll it out, and grill it to perfection. Then sprinkle it with sugar and cinnamon and enjoy it. Demonstrations will start at 9 am, followed by 10:30, noon, 1:30 pm, 3 pm with the last one at 4 pm. After the demonstration you, will be able to roll out lefse and then grill one yourself. Older children will be able to help make lefse with a parent, and there will be some activities for children who attend with a parent.Water and soda will be available for purchase.Pre-packaged lefse can be purchased on this site and must be picked up by 4:30 on the 29th.There will be a small, limited amount of lefse for sale at the event.
