For many centuries women have been gathering in sisterhood circles to heal, empower, learn, connect, and evolve in their divine feminine and womb wisdom. We are bringing many of these ancient practices back, as we gather in circles together. The focus of this circle will be the THROAT chakra, the Vissudha, the energy center that rules our voice and expression. To be fully prepared for this sacred container please bring with you the following: -come dressed in something BLUE, we will not be practicing yoga. -yoga mat -sustainable water bottle -bug repellant (we will be sitting outside) -an open heart, ready to connect and love At this circle we will be activating our throat chakra through spoken word and a poetry exercise, a voice activation workshop, mantra chanting, a despacho releasing ceremony, kareoke, plant based dinner, sisterhood fun and more!
