Description
We all have “stuff” and what most of us don’t realize is that we’ve been storing it (pushing it down) in our bodies, and it comes out at inopportune times and ugly ways. Sometimes it will manifest itself as some kind of health problem. We now know that stress causes heart disease, autoimmune disease, depression, anxiety, obesity, diabetes, gastrointestinal problems and so on… What if we told you that there is a breathing technique that will clear out all of this stored negative emotional baggage from your body? Not only that, but you will feel the release happen in the very first session. The results afterwards will be undeniable. The session will begin with introductory information to help you relax and be present. The breathwork and sound bath itself is about an hour accompanied by evocative music. The technique we teach is called circular breathing or conscious connected breathing. The reason we focus on this technique is because it yields massive results in a very short amount of time. From the first time you try this technique, the results are immediate and undeniable. One of the things about circular breathing/conscious connected breathing, is that often – the more skeptical or resistant you are, the bigger the experience. Don’t take our word for it, do it and find out for yourself. The results are different for everybody and you will have a different experience almost every time (this also makes it really challenging to explain) So instead focus on the results. The most common statement that we hear after a class is; “That felt like years of therapy without having to say a word!” People from every demographic come and have massive results. Congratulations on doing something positive for yourself!! Breathwork and Sound Healing Instructions What should you bring to the session? ~ A big bottle of water ~ Something to lay on – sleeping/camping pads are best, but a yoga mat could also work. You will be laying down to breathe for about an hour, so the more comfy the better ~ Easy comfortable clothing ~ Blanket (optional) – it’s very common to experience temperature fluctuations while breathing ~ Pillow (optional) – pillows are great for comfort and safely letting out emotions ~ Eye covering/blindfold (optional) – ~ An open mind and heart What should I do on the day of the workshop? ~ Eat lightly before – it’s best to breathe on an empty stomach, but something light is ok ~ Hydrate ~ Connect to your heart – practicing meditation or journaling can help prepare you – often times energy can begin to shift as soon as you decide to participate. After the session, plan on giving yourself some extra time. If you can it’s best not to plan a lot of activity afterwards to give yourself space for integration.
