If you love wine and dark chocolate you came to the right place. Join Ilan's Raw Chocolate for a unique and educational workshop of eating and drinking wine. We'll feature a few uncommon and a few rare wine varietals. Six in total. We'll provide seasonal fruits, nuts and other tasty treats to guide your evening of pairing & sipping delicious wine. All necessary tools and ingredients will be provided for you to create your own unique dark chocolate combinations. After the chocolate is poured and resting to be enjoyed, we'll dive into the wine portion of the event. We hope you will discover new flavor profiles delighting your palate in each wine paired with your chocolate. Each person will end up with 18 pieces of their own chocolate plus 6 different wine tastings. *We encourage you to enjoy dinner beforehand*
