Picture it, a sunny Saturday evening in May, despite all the red flags, I took a long walk down a short aisle. Little did I know, that walk was desgined to destroy everything about me. I have two words ... BUT GOD! I walked into unchartered territory and came out to tell about it in the release of my newest project I Married Him Now What? A Saved Girl's Guide to Surviving Abusive Marriage. No this isn't a tacky tell-all. Nope, it's not a dish on him. Truth be told it's not even about me! It's about all the things that were missed through a lens of faulty theology and an unawareness of DSM-5 personality orders that led to growth, discovery, understanding, and an unyielding desire and dedication to write the book that I needed to read as I was going through this trying situation. More than that, becoming an author during the pandemic really limited being able to be out among the people and talk about what I've been writing, showcase my work, and sign books because in my best Martin voice "I'm about to blow up!!" Joking! But seriously, I'd love to sign books, take pictures, answer questions with family, friends, and supporters and have a lite faire dinner while we're at it 😉 Hope to kick off Memorial Day weekend with you on the 26th of May out on the patio of the Greene Turtle in Owings Mills, MD!
