Mr. Blandford holds numerous weapons instructor certifications from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), National Rifle Association (NRA) as well as the Utah BCI and has served as a police officer, investigator, police academy instructor and firearms unit supervisor during a 30- year law enforcement career.
