Join us for a FREE yoga class at our 2nd Annual Earth Fest, located at Tradition Brewing in Newport News, taught by one of our local yogis! *Must bring own yoga mat/props. ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Jessica Cunningham, RYT-200 "I am dedicated to help others use Yoga to find calmness and balance through body and breathe while building strength and flexibility." CLASS DESCRIPTION: Gentle Flow (or Gentle Vinyasa) Our focus is to take it nice and easy, being mindful of our breath, body and movements. Concluding with a guided relaxation. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ A festival inspired by Mother Nature herself, this year's Earth Fest is all about exploring how we can invest in our planet, both on a personal and community level. We will have a free community yoga classes, 40+ local vendors, creative/educational workshops, and some of the area's most impactful environmental non-profit organizations providing educational resources for you to actively enjoy!
