About Rachel Crane Rachel Crane is the owner of Thrive by Design Consulting, LLC. She provides 1-on-1 coaching in personal development, as well as employee training solutions for small- and medium-sized businesses. Rachel's data-informed, people-centric approach supports individuals in gaining insight, taking intentional action, and making an impact. Rachel started her career in the fields of education and Applied Behavior Analysis. She was a high school teacher for 12 1/2 years and a professional development trainer/coach for 5 years. Additionally, she provided behavior therapy to children with autism for more than a decade. Rachel has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Mass Communication. She earned her Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Applied Behavior Analysis. Most recently, Rachel completed coursework in Organizational Psychology, the Science of Happiness, DISC, and leadership coaching. She is excited to share her knowledge and experience to help others thrive! Rachel is originally from Jacksonville, Florida. She moved to Northeast Ohio in 2021. She and her husband have four sons.
