Let's bring our mothers, whether with us or in spirit or ourselves, and honor them with the gift of this connective experience of a sound bath...a time together to relax deeply, meditate on the gift of motherhood, and bask in the healing vibrations of sound infused with poetry. You can bring photos or symbols to represent the special women you wish to honor. Together we will share with them our loving energy in this very special offering. Sound baths help our noisy "monkey minds" to get quiet as we shift to a Theta brainwave state from our usual Beta and Alpha states. This is where we relax deeply and experience peace and healing. A 32" planetary gong, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, crystal harp, chimes, Ocean Drum, rainstick, rattle and more will be used during this sound meditation experience to bathe you in beautiful resonance! We will honor our mothers with a simple ritual of gratitude and poetry to enhance our experience. I recommend you bring a yoga mat, blanket and any pillows or cushions you may want to be comfortable laying down. You may also want to bring an eye mask. Let me know if you need any accommodations so that you may be comfortable. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time so that you can prepare for the experience, and silence your phone before entering. Understand that late arrivals may not be admitted once the sound bath has begun, out of respect for the group's experience.
