Calling all adaptive boxers or those interested in learning adaptive boxing fundamentals and adaptive options, the next Adaptive Boxing Clinic at DPI is ready to go!PLEASE READ!!!!!!Meeting Thursdays for a 90 minute session from 5:30-7pm....This clinic will include an extra day of clinic work at no additional cost (use promo code ( NO CLASS ON SATURDAY 3/25 & 4/1) to waive cost for the extra Saturday session)This Adaptive Boxing Clinic will focus on fundamentals including improvement of punches, head and trunk movement, defensive skills, reaction and timing drills.Sparring sessions may be included (gear provided) on Thursday sessions only. The extra clinic day will meet Saturdays from 9-10 with a focus on bag work assigned during Thursday night clinic. (you must sign up for each class/Use promo code (NO CLASS ON SATURDAY 3/25 & 4/1) for Saturday classes!!!!)There is no trainer/coach lead for Saturday clinic timesMinimum of 2 participants required or class will be cancelled, sign up closes two hours before the start of each class!
