Shake off those sleepy winter legs! On Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10am-12pm, the old CVS building will be open for indoor walking. We intend to hold this time open for community members from the beginning of February through April, although times/dates may be extended or trimmed depending on community reception. Come stretch your legs and exchange hellos with old friends on the indoor walking circuit. Keep track of those laps, too... 8 laps = 1 mile! (Roughly) Walking only, no running. Please be careful about wet floors, too. The floors may get wet in spots from shoes. This is a free offering. Registration is encouraged but not required.
