Join Bourbon Women Texas at Ironroot Republic for an exclusive whiskey nerd experience. We will spend the day with the Mother of Texas Whiskey, Marcia Likarish, and the Ironroot Head Distiller, Jonathan Likarish, getting an in-depth look into the science of distilling and how whiskey changes in the barrel over time. The day will end with dinner and a bottle share on their newly remodeled patio. Please bring a bottle to share. Tickets are limited! For those who are unable to attend the full-day but would like to participate, there is an option to join just for dinner and the bottle share. Each full day ticket includes: A morning welcome cocktail to start the dayAn in-dept look into the science of distillingA sensory experience of the whiskey aging processThe dinner and bottle share ticket includes dinner and sharing favorite pours with other women. THINGS TO NOTE Lunch is NOT provided, but there will be a break where you can go out to get lunch. We recommend that you include an overnight stay on Saturday night or have a designated driver.
