Leading the Way Home... Tennessee is an educational conference targeted at Continuum of Care Leadership, direct service providers, and anyone interested in ending homelessness in their community. The 3-day conference will be packed with sessions on topics like grant writing, proven best practices in homelessness assistance, and HUD technical guidance. Throughout the conference, we will be honoring the expertise of persons with lived experience of homelessness.
