In celebration of Asheville Beer Week, we are offering tours of our production facility for the first time! Innovation Brewing’s larger brew house & canning line is in Dillsboro at Innovation Station. Here we brew many of our mainstays for taproom use and distribution. Join one of our knowledgeable team members as they guide you through the beer making process & get a sneak peek at all the fermentation, experimentation, & innovation! After your tour you’ll receive a four 5oz pours to sample as a member of our brew staff walks you through the tasting notes! The tour & sampling is expected to last an estimated 30 minutes to an hour. Included in ticket: Production tour, beer flight, coozie, & sticker.
