MENTAL HEALTH 101- a 1 hour, evidence-supported, basic training on Mental Health that provides an understanding of the difference between Mental Health and Mental Illness, how to respond to "invitations" for help from individuals who may be in crisis, as well as provide an understanding of resources available to help.

The Addicted Mind/The Cycle of the Struggle: A 1 to 2-hour presentation explaining how addiction affects the brain. Attendees will learn the answers to the following questions- Why do people use, abuse, and become addicted to substances? How does substance use impact perception, decision-making, and self-control? What does the mind need to recover from substance use disorder (SUD)?
