The Community Health Worker Collaborative of South Dakota (CHWSD) is excited to host the Second Annual South Dakota Community Health Worker Conference. This conference is an opportunity for CHWs, CHRs, Supervisors and Allies to come together for a day-and-a-half of networking and education and to learn more about Community Health Worker (CHW) initiatives and workforce development in South Dakota.
