Please only register ONE TICKET per registration, if you would like to bring a friend, please have them register their own ticket, If you are planing to shoot and model, please only register ONE TICKET for what you will be doing the majority of the time at the event doing, not a separate ticket for photographer and model. Double registrations will be cancelled. Thanks!Fellow Carolina Creatives! Please join us for our next meetup being held on Saturday, April 15th at the NC Art Museum Park in Raleigh, NC from 3PM to 7PM. We are welcoming all creatives (Photographers, Models, Stylists, Make-Up Artists and Videographers) to come out and meet, network and shoot with us! This meetup will be a great opportunity for new and seasoned creatives alike to add new photos/videos to their portfolios and more importantly, build new connections and friendships with others in the local creative community! For this meetup, we are asking models to come in spring fashion themed looks along with bold jewelry. Outfit inspo photos are included below! Along with the outfits, you are encouraged to bring mirrors to include in some of your photos. Mirrors should be no larger than16x20, think handheld mirrors. Models and Photographers are also encouraged to bring other props to fit the spring vibe. Photographers, please also bring change tents if you have them so models will be able to bring multiple outfits and change on site instead of having to go back to their car! Please try to be on time/early to the event so we may get started promptly at 3PM. We will gather at the Welcome Center which is shown on the map below. Event Schedule: 3:00PM - Attendee Check-in & hosts & featured attendee introductions 3:15PM - Group Photo 3:30PM - Breakout 7:00PM - Event Ends (regather for goodbye’s) Expectations for all attendees: Please be respectful of all attendees including the hosts and curators hosting this event. This includes being agreeable when asked to move to different shooting locations as this will be in a larger geographical area compared to our previous meetups. At no time are photographers & models to go out of sight (1 on 1) to shoot. You are to remain in line of sight of another creative or the larger group at all times, failure to do so will lead to you being asked to leave and being banned from attending future meetups, this is for the safety of all attendees. A boundary map along with the exact meetup address will be distributed via email prior to the event, please stay within this boundary during the meetup Use this meet up time to meet, chat and shoot with creatives you don't already know and build new relationships, please don't break off into cliques. Be courteous of each others time, please do not "hog" a photographer or model, please try to keep shooting with one person to a maximum of 10 or so minutes All attendees must be at least 18 years of age If any issue comes up during the meetup, please bring it to one of the hosts or curators For tickets, please only register one ticket per person, if you would like to bring a friend, please have them register their own ticket, this makes it easier for us to keep track of attendees Legal considerations: By attending this event, you consent and understand that photos of you may be used for any lawful purpose by the photographer that took them including in their portfolio, website or social media You also understand that the copyright of all photos remains with the photographer that took the photos Photographers attending the event also consent and understand that models, stylists, makeup artists and videographers may use completed image given to them by the photographer from the event for the recipients portfolio, website, social media or use by their modeling agency By attending this event, you understand and accept that Creatives of Carolina, its hosts or members are not responsible for any accidents, personal injury, theft or lost of property that may take place while in attendance of this event ______________________________________________________________________________ Photographers, please try to send all completed images shot at the meetup to models within a reasonable amount of time.
