UpLevel martial arts is a family based academy that focuses on self defense. We believe in strengthening families through confidence, discipline and many of the other life skills taught through our classes. The mother-daughter self defense seminar will provide mothers and daughters the opportunity to learn and discuss self defense concepts and techniques. Even learning just one self defense technique could save your life. The Seminar will be taught by Mr. and Mrs. Dyson. Mrs. Dyson is a 4th degree blackbelt instructor and mother.
