Path2Redemption will be hosting a FREE pardon clinic for 25 individuals on Monday, April 24, 2023. During the clinic, S.C. Public Defender's Office and S.C. Pardon and Parole will assist individuals and help them walk through the application process, and in addition to aiding individuals with completing the application, we will be paying for the pardon application processing fee. If you meet the follow criteria, please feel free to apply: -If you have completed 5 years of parole; OR -If you have been discharged from probation; OR -If you have been discharged from a sentence and paid all restitution fees.
