Join us for a conversation on community mental health that is based on the SAMSHA community conversation model- discussing personal and community self-care. This hour-long conversation will be followed by a lunch and a FREE QPR training class (1.5 CEU Hours), which is a gatekeeper training for suicide prevention and how to talk with someone in a mental health crisis.
