Description

Participants, working in teams, will learn how to make the ravioli pasta dough, how to make the fillings, various ways on how to form them, and will be given tips on what other doughs, fillings, brodo, and sauces you can use for different ravioli. After class, you’ll consume the fruits of your labor for lunch.
