The Church Technical Production Collab is a one-day experience focused on developing leadership tools and skills for those leading in a church technical production role. You will gain the tools necessary to improve your effectiveness and influence within your local Church. The Collab experience is guided by men and women with years of experience serving some of America's most influential churches. Prepare to dive into the strategic areas of leading volunteers, serving church leadership, and self-leadership. The Collab is an exceptional experience that combines the best aspects of a Ted Talk, a Q&A, a roundtable discussion, and personal reflection time. The event is designed to foster networking, collaboration, and peer learning. Participants are encouraged to engage with each other, share their experiences, and learn from one another. The format of The Collab allows for diverse perspectives and ideas to be presented, discussed, and considered. It provides a platform for practioners from various churches and backgrounds to come together and exchange knowledge, insights, and best practices. The Q&A sessions allow participants to delve deeper into specific topics and get answers to their burning questions. The roundtable discussions facilitate collaborative problem-solving and promote a sense of community.
