Charlie Health, Newport Healthcare, & representatives of different levels of care are partnering to bring more awareness to navigating mental health resources, specifically higher level of care. The mental health panel will include a discussion around access to care, criteria, transitioning in and out of care, family support, and collaboration with community partners. The panel discussion will be held from 3-5 pm with a networking hour to follow. Food and beverages will be provided!
