This 60 minute active meditation designed by OSHO guides participants through 4 stages of directing, releasing, witnessing, and integrating energy within our being. The idea is to awaken dormant energy and move this energy to the highest chakra point. This meditation helps in releasing unblocked energy, bottled up emotions , and deeply relaxes the body and mind. Following the meditation we'll move into a connecting tea ceremony and prompted journaling. All workshop materials and take home gift will be provided to you.
