This interactive workshop will focus on the impacts of vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, and burnout. Participants will discuss strategies for identifying signs of burnout, practicing tools for self-care, and creating a plan to enhance overall well-being. The session will include an interactive, supportive discussion as well as hands-on practice of self-care strategies.
This training will be led by Rachel Singer, PhD. Completion of this training is worth 1 CEU credit for counselors, social workers, and psychologists in the state of Maryland. This training will be offered virtually. Zoom details will be sent out as the event gets closer!
