Encampment is a week of barracks life, drill, fitness, STEM and USAF classes, O-flights, the rappel tower, the confidence course, the Leadership Reaction Course, and much more! NCO Leadership School is for Cadet NCOs who have been to encampment. It will teach them to build and lead their teams, and give them tools to carry into Cadet officer grades.
