Ever been curious about what a mala is? It is a beautiful piece from yogic philosophy with 108 beads, not counting the Guru bead. The number 108 is significant in yogic tradition and we'll dive into some of the history that we can cover in our time! Malas are beautiful as a gift and also for ourselves. They can be used in intention setting, meditation, and even when experiencing anxiety. Anxiety reduction can come from making the mala and from using it, which we'll also cover! You'll have the option to create a round gemstone full mala. Multiple colors of beads, tassels, and guru beads will be available. We'll have all the tools we need available. All materials are included in your reservation investment.
