Bowl of ‘Zole Pozole and Mezcal Festival is hitting the road to bring creative pozole and distinctive mezcal to Boston. The partners behind this event, Arik Torren of Fidencio Spirits; Chef Danny Mena , and Food Karma Projects’ founder Jimmy Carbone, wanted to bring pozole, the comforting Mexican stew, out of the shadows and into the forefront. They launched this event in Brooklyn 2020 to bring together chefs, mezcal producers and food lovers to celebrate all things authentic Mexico. Many experts from the world of mezcal and agave spirits will be on hand to share their knowledge on these delicious elixirs. Join us in South Boston on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 to sample ten takes on pozole and over 100 expressions of mezcal, tequila, sotol, beer, and wine. The all-inclusive event will be indoors . VIP and general admission tickets are on sale now. VIP Tickets ($85 + fee) 5pm Admit - VIP tickets are the best way to experience Bowl of ‘Zole. You’ll get admitted one hour before the general public to meet the chefs and other industry experts , first bites of pozole, tastings of select special bottles. VIP ticket holders also will have preferred access to talks and tastings - in the works - like a pozole workshop led by Made in Mexico author Danny Mena. Early Bird Tickets ($55 + fee) are all-inclusive general admission tickets with a 6:00 PM entrance at a discounted price. This offer is available through March 12, 2023.
