Sound Bath Mediatation - Refresh Shanti and her guest musicians will shower each person with sound healing. In your self-care moment, you'll be refreshed, stress-free, and nurtured. You'll feel harmony and tranquility as you mindfully enjoy serenity and renewal. Mingle - Socialize You'll have the opportunity to say hello to the Shanti Sounds Family and meet the performers. Meet new sound bath friends. Get to know various healers and practitioners and their services. Drum Circle - Energize Being in the center of a Drum Circle you will experience an aural crescendo that leaves you energized, and ready to take action in your life. Option: You may bring a percussion instrument to play in the Drum Circle - a drum, sticks, cymbals, gong, wood blocks, sand blocks, triangle, cowbell, whistle, etc. Make some noise! Deeksha on third Wednesday of each month Musicians play various instruments - Experience You may hear Native American flute, crystal pyramid, drumming, rain stick, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal sound bowls, Koshi chimes, sitar, tabla, didgeridoo, ocean drum, and gong. You will feel clarity with an open mind in your sacred space. What to bring Wear comfortable clothes, socks. Bring a blanket, pillow, yoga mat, water. Bring a percussion instrument if you wish to be if the Drum Circle. Schedule7:00 pm - Doors Open - Please come early to settle in 7:30 pm - Doors Closed - Event begins.
