FUNDAMENTALS Our "FUNDAMENTALS" session will be held from 6-6:45PM for beginners. This is be a seperate sessioon prior to our normal Footy Friday that starts at 7pm and ends at 9pm. Each session will include ball work to get our beginners comfortable using all surfaces of both feet followed by drills focused on a topic. You are allowed to participate in both but have to register to both links if so. Spots are limited so please register only if you can attend! ***Check-in starts at 5:30pm for participants who have signed up. Those wanting to select a spot will begin check-in at 6:05pm. Please sign up prior to coming on Friday in order to participate! AGES: 7-13 years old (For the safety of all participants) WHAT TO BRING: BALL and WATER Learn more about our special guests joining us from Angel City FC! ***Registration questions are used for internal use only*** Clarisse Le BihanMidfielder Clarisse Le Bihan joined Angel City in April, 2022, from Montpellier HSC. She began her professional career in 2009, playing for seven years for En Avant Guingamp. She joined Montpellier in 2016 and played 208 matches. She won a U19 European Championship with France in 2013, was a member of the 2016 Olympic French National Team as a substitute, and played in the 2017 Euro Championship in the Netherlands. Le Bihan attended Université Catholique de l'Ouest Bretagne Nord for two years and Université Paul Valéry Montpellier 3 for one year. Angelina AndersonAngel City selected goalkeeper Angelina Anderson out of Cal with the 27th overall pick of the 2023 NWSL Draft. During her freshman year at Cal, Anderson made an immediate impact as one of four players to start all 21 games. Her 85.1% save percentage led the Pac-12 and ranked 22nd in the nation. She made a total of 86 saves, the second most in a single season in school history. She was named Pac-12 Goalkeeper of the Year and Freshman of the Year. As a sophomore during the 2020–21 season (shortened due to the COVID-19 pandemic), Anderson started all 13 matches she appeared in. She finished 2022 in second place on Cal’s all-time shutout list, with 26. Her senior year, she was named to the Academic All-American Third Team. Anderson also has international experience, having served as the starting goalkeeper and captain for the U-17 United States Women’s National Team at the 2018 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup in Uruguay. She was also on the U-20 USWNT roster for the Under-20 FIFA Women’s World Cup in France during the summer of 2018.
