This month in celebration of Earth Day we be will be expanding our green thumb! Join us as we demonstrate our support for environmental protection by exploring the environmental root section of our wellness wheel relating it to gardening and planting seeds for the new season! Wear RED to empower the energy of this section and .... SheForce social starts at 1300, a time to socialize, relax and transition into your time and space before the content teaching begins at 1400. At 1400, we will start our introductions, outline and powerpoint related to this topic. Bring your Tapestry of Wellness folders if you have, the lessons continue as we all work to balance our wheels of life. We have our special guest speaker who is a beloved family member of your AllenForce founder! She has a request: come prepared with a plant, vegetable or fruit that you intend to learn more about or plant a seed for harvest! You will go home with a planted pot for your patio or window sill to nurture for the summer. Please feel free to bring a snack (red) or tea flavor that you love.
