Who: Do you want your children to eat more fruits and vegetables to grow a strong body and mind ?
What: If yes, then let's make some delicious bowls, wraps, and tacos together using colorful veggies and flavorful sauces!
How: In person, at the Salient Center. The class has two parts. Part (1) on April 16 and Part (2) on April 23.
Why: Children are more likely to try new foods and favors when they participate in cooking or other food-related activities. This fun-filled group cooking class will teach the benefits of eating colorful veggies and how to make them tasty! We will make flavorful sauces and dips for bowls, wraps, tacos, etc.
We will provide all the ingredients, recipe handouts, and yummy giveaways!
