Description

Participants will engage in a workshop designed to teach them about the process of how implicit bias develops and how to unlearn them to be productive. Using Bobbie Harro’s Cycle of Socialization and Liberation, participants will engage in dialogue and exercises designed to help them implement a process to unlearn biases and address incidents among those who act upon their biases.
