Tickets for this event cover food and 2 beers from Mayday Brewery. We will have an auction during the event as well for a few fun items. All proceeds from this event go directly to Parks Christmas for the Children. Christmas for the Children was started in the early 80’s by agents from Parks Murfreesboro who wanted to give back to the community they service during the holidays. For the last 40 years, Christmas for the Children has been working with elementary schools in Murfreesboro and Rutherford county to provide Christmas gifts for children and other household necessities to families in need. In 2022, Christmas for the Children volunteers were able to shop for 160 families and over 250 children and provide a holiday celebration they may not have had otherwise. With the changes many people have faced over the last 3 years and the increasing difficulty for many to make ends meet, we continue to have more families in our local community every year who need our assistance.
